![]() Make sure you answer in paragraphs, not sentences. Verbal communication skills is a big part of the interview and how you answer questions is as important as the answers you may give. Do not give short 20-30 second answers. Interviewers get annoyed if they need to pry information out of the candidate. Instead, most of your answers should be about 1-2 minutes long. Start with some type of opening statement, next give specific details including dates, your role, the challenges faced, and what you accomplished. Make the ending keep the conversation going by asking question likes, “Is that what you were looking for regarding (topic)?” Now go and win that job! |
